Thamer Sameh Alshawa
Founder & Managing Partner
A seasoned Saudi lawyer and former Public Prosecutor with over 17 years of experience, Thamer Sameh Alshawa has built a reputation for strategic leadership and legal excellence. As the Founder and Managing Partner of THAMER SAMEH ALSHAWA LLP, he oversees all strategic, operational, and legal functions of the firm. Thamer began his career in the Saudi Public Prosecution, where he led homicide investigations, supervised prison-oversight teams, and represented the Prosecution in intergovernmental committees. His work helped shape investigative standards and fostered a strong commitment to procedural integrity. Transitioning into private practice, Thamer established his own law firm and expanded it into a full-fledged LLP, serving both private-sector clients and government-linked entities. He played a central role in Saudi Arabia’s privatization programs, particularly in the aviation and telecommunications sectors—addressing workforce transitions, internal regulations, and labor disputes tied to public-to-private shifts. Thamer is a registered Accredited Expert on the Khibrah Platform (Ministry of Justice) and a certified reviewer by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for internal labor regulations. He holds a Higher Diploma in Law from the Institute of Public Administration (2011) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from King Abdulaziz University (2007). A member of both the Saudi Bar Association and the American Bar Association, Thamer is recognized for his ability to blend legal precision with business pragmatism—delivering clear, enforceable solutions that align with the client’s strategic goals.

Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Tamimi

He serves as Co-Founding Partner of THAMER SAMEH ALSHAWA LLP and previously held senior executive roles, including Chief Legal Officer and Governance Director for a leading corporation. Mohammed’s expertise spans fund formation, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and complex contract drafting. He participated in the creation of an investment fund exceeding SAR 7 billion, advising on its legal structuring and governance. His in-depth understanding of corporate compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks allows him to guide boards and leadership teams through major strategic decisions with clarity and confidence. He specializes in helping foreign and mixed-ownership companies establish operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with local laws while structuring efficient governance systems. Nader bin Eid Al-Harithi

Nader Al-Harithi began his professional journey with THAMER SAMEH ALSHAWA LLP, and through dedication and consistent excellence, he rose to the position of General Manager. A licensed Saudi lawyer and certified Franchise Mediator (Monsha’at), Nader has more than five years of hands-on experience in commercial, insurance, real estate, labor, and financial litigation. He leads the firm’s litigation and judicial services department, ensuring the highest standards of advocacy and case management. Nader’s leadership reflects deep knowledge of Saudi judicial procedures, an analytical mindset, and a genuine commitment to protecting client interests.
