Highlights of 2025 Reforms:

  • Digital Contracts: All employment contracts must now be registered in the Qiwa platform to ensure mutual accountability.

  • Workplace Mobility: Employees may transfer employers more easily, provided notice and contract terms are honored.

  • Equal Opportunity Rules: New provisions strengthen women’s participation and prohibit discrimination based on gender or nationality.

Practical Advice:Employers should review internal policies to align with the revised Labor Law and GOSI requirements. Early compliance reduces risk of penalties and enhances corporate reputation.
